What is your Shipping Policy?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via trusted national carriers. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Orders below this threshold may include a small flat shipping fee at checkout.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Preorder items will ship on or before the date listed on the product page. During peak holiday season (October-December), processing may take slightly longer due to order volume.
Do you offer express/expedited shipping?
Yes — expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee, with estimated delivery of 2-4 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping fees may apply for these locations).
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, due to the size of most of our trees and holiday decor, we're unable to ship to PO boxes. A physical street address is required for delivery.
Will I be charged if I refuse delivery of my order?
Refused deliveries may be subject to the original shipping cost, plus a return shipping fee, deducted from your refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.
Can I cancel or modify my order, or change the shipping address?
We're happy to help with changes as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible using the options below, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
