How do you measure the height and width of each tree?
The height includes the stand and is measured from the floor to the tallest tip of the assembled tree. The width is measured from one end to the other at the widest point of the fully assembled tree (diameter).
What’s the distance of the bottom branch from the floor?
That depends on how the tree is shaped, the bottom branches will be approximately 9"-14" inches from the floor.
Are Christmas Jungle trees able to hang heavy ornaments?
Yes, all our trees are reinforced with steel and are outfitted to hold heavy ornaments.
How are lights attached to a pre-lit tree?
The lights on our pre-lit trees are professionally hand-strung and securely attached to the branches for an even, seamless look and easy setup.
What type of lights do you use?
We use premium Micro LED lights designed with a life expectancy of up to 25,000 hours.
What is a Power Pole?
A Power Pole is a built-in lighting connection system that automatically connects the lights between each section of the tree during setup, eliminating the need to plug in individual light wires manually.
What material is the flocking on your trees made of, and is it safe for children and pets?
Our flocking is made from a soft, cotton-based material that gives the tree its realistic snow-covered appearance and is designed for safe indoor use around families and pets.
What is the difference between the King, Queen and Prince flock trees?
The King and Queen trees feature a blend of PE and PVC tips for a more realistic look and fullness, while the Prince tree is made with 100% PVC tips. Queen trees also have a wider diameter and feature triple-headed tips for a fuller appearance, whereas King trees use single-headed tips.
